PT. NUSUNO KARYA (NK) is a privately held Indonesian enterprise that was founded in 1990 with the ambition to participate in growing demand of properties development in Indonesia.

Drs. Cipto Sulistio is the major shareholder and Chairman of the Board. He is assisted by R.E. Susilowati, S.E., M.M. as the Finance Director and Lilik Reynaldi as the Acting Technical & Operation Director of the Company, in addition to more than one hundred professional staff and experts.

In the early years of establishing its name, NK was concentrated in providing services of Trade and Consultancy. Many works have been done successfully by NK team of experts, especially in the Indonesian Governmental scope of works, such as Environmental Analysis at Sampit Transmigration Emplacement in Kalimantan, Feasibility Study of Small Enterprises, etc. Starting in 2005, NK changed its orientation to become Real Estate Developer.
